Ree6 2.2.x -> 2.3.9

Hey fellow existing beings(?)!

Since we will release 2.4.0 soon and hit a huge milestone with it, we would like to recap everything we did between 2.2.0 and 2.3.9!

Since 2.2.0 there are new great fetures to talk about!
But before we talk about them lets rerun what got changed between 2.3.0 and 2.2.0!

Changes added in 2.2.x:
- Level Rewards command.
- Custom messages on most notifications.
- Czech and Indonesian translations!
- Full rework of the stream action command!

Thesere were the most noteable changes.
Lets continue with the changes that we have added since 2.3.0!

Changes added in 2.3.x:
- Warning/Infraction System.
-  Polish translation.
- Skipping and quick updating feature for the installer.
- Ticket auto deletion once the user leaves.
- Big performance boosts!
- Feedback System!
