Ree6 2.1.x -> 2.2.0

Hey fellow humanoids!

We just released a new version (2.2.0)!
This version has some minor performance upgrade and new features!

Since there was no post after release 2.0.0 we will be containing everything new since 2.1.0!

Changes added in 2.2.0:
- Music Quiz Game
- Stream Tools
- Switched to a custom YouTube wrapper

Changes added in 2.1.x:
- Announcement System
- Reaction roles
- Docker building
- External SQL Module
